The NBA star is locked in a bitter legal battle with his former model as the split took a nasty turn following his sensational exchange

Milwaukee Bucks star Tyler Herro is reportedly involved in a legal dispute with his ex-girlfriend following their recent breakup.

Herro, 26, has two children with Katya Henry – daughter Zia, born in 2021, and son Harlem, born in 2023.

The couple are believed to have separated in recent weeks after nearly seven years together. And now, according to TMZ, Herro and Henry are locked in a custody battle over their children.

The NBA star, who claims he has been paying child support since Henry’s birth, reportedly asked the court to set up a parenting schedule and decide how much child support he should pay, but Herro dismissed his case days later.

Meanwhile, Henry demands primary custody of their children. The model claims to be their primary caregiver.

According to TMZ, Henry wants the kids to see Herro. But in her statement to the court, she said that due to his “historic behavior… safeguards and parameters must be applied on a temporary and permanent basis to ensure the safety and well-being of their two children.

The 32-year-old said she had “deliberately” left out details of the alleged behaviour. But back in 2022 — in a now-deleted social media post — Henry appeared to accuse Herro of “cheating.”

TMZ also reported Wednesday that Herro and Henry stopped living under the same roof more than a year before they found themselves in a legal dispute.

Henry and the children are believed to have moved out of his eight-bedroom Miami mansion back in February 2025.

Herro spent the first seven seasons of his NBA career with the Miami Heat before being traded to the Milwaukee Bucks earlier this year. He is expected to earn a base salary of $33 million in the 2026-27 season.
