Coach Travel Group and Microlise enter into compliance agreement – Coach Buyer

Microlise transport technology specialist and Coach Travel Group (CTG) formed partnership aimed at standardization agreement throughout the Group.

Using compliance technology from TruTac, part of Microlise, The Coach Travel Group has achieved greater visibility into the performance of its growing national operations, while allowing individual operators to remain responsible for their own fleet and compliance management.

All 16 of the Group’s operators are currently classified as low or very low risk, with the Group also working to achieve DVSA Merit Recognition status as part of its wider activities.

TruTac has been working with CTG operators for over ten years. The team uses a range of Microlise compliance solutions, including TruAnalysis, TruTime and TruLinks, giving teams access to up-to-date compliance data, dashboards and reports in one place. This allows CTG to track key performance indicators by operator, compare planned activity to actual performance, and identify trends or areas where additional support may be needed.

Importantly, the technology allows each operator to maintain autonomy in carrying out its own compliance responsibilities while providing the central team with a consistent view of standards across the wider group.
