Katie Price says it’s “the first time in 48 years I can say I’m imagining myself” as she applies her heavy NTA makeup after covering up a black eye hours after getting facial filler.

Katie Price was so delighted with her look at the National Television Awards that she said it was “the first time in 48 years that I can look in the mirror and say, ‘I’m imagining it’.”

The former glamor model, 48, walked the red carpet at London’s O2 Arena on Tuesday night, just hours after going under the knife for new breast implants and facial filler.

Despite recent cosmetic procedures and noticeable bruising around her eyes, Katie was determined to still attend the star-studded awards ceremony.

She hired makeup artist Mitchell Holliday to create her glam and in a video Mitchell shared on his Instagram, Katie had an emotional reaction when she saw the results.

Describing her glittery eye makeup and heavily lined lips, Katie said: “I can actually say that when I hate myself, I can look in the mirror and say, ‘I think she looks good here.’ I do!’

“For the first time in 48 years, I can look and say, ‘I actually look good.’

Finishing the look with black heels, Katie combed her hair back for a wet look and accessorized with large diamond Valentino earrings.

Katie was joined by her daughter Princess, who contrasted perfectly with her mom in a shimmering blue ballgown.

Wearing a dress that reflected her name, the 19-year-old sparkled in a sparkly dress as she wore her blonde locks in loose curls.

Earlier in the day, Katie showed off her new enlarged breast implants and black eye. just hours after returning from Brussels where she had undergone cosmetic procedures.

Katie, who has had around 17 breast augmentations – and just recently increased her cup size this summer – took to Instagram to show off the effects of the surgery.

Undeterred by a black eye and a bandaged chest, a determined Katie revealed she was getting her hair and make-up done to hit the red carpet.

Katie said: “So this is the National Television Awards. What did Price do yesterday?

“So I went to Brussels because one of my boobs was still a little bigger than the other. So they put the new implant in, and while they were there I said, “Okay, just put a little more in both of them.”

The TV presenter said she had filler on her face but it made her “look like a hamster.”

Showing off the swelling and bruising, Katie said: “Where my face was sunken in when you get older and lose weight, he injected me with filler, obviously while I was sleeping.

“He does it under the muscle right into the bone. I woke up this morning and they didn’t put anything in here, nothing, but the swelling seems to have gone down, so I look like a hamster and it hurts.”

Katie visited the NTA after Sky aired four-part documentary Katie Price: Nothing to Hide, which explores three decades of her life in front of the public.

Olivia Attwood’s The Price of Perfection aired on ITV last month and Katie made a guest appearance and opened up about her extensive cosmetic surgery.

Covering up her new breast implants, she wore a white long-sleeve shirt, very sexy nude and black lace shorts, and black tights.

Katie has undergone several surgeries including six facelifts, 17 breast augmentations, dental work and fox eye surgery.

However, Katie estimated that she only paid a fraction of the price due to the free treatments she was offered.

Despite receiving numerous free treatments over the years due to her fame, Katie insisted she “could pay if she wanted to.”

“How many surgeries do you think you have had in total?” – Olivia asked.

“Oh my God, this is really hard,” Katie said. “Maybe around 30 or 40? I must have done it.

Olivia asked, “You’ve done a lot of free surgery, but you’ve also paid for a lot.” Would you say that over the years it has been a mixture of free and paid transactions?’

Katie said: “I probably paid £40,000.” Completely shocked, Olivia responded, “Just?” This is all?

She replied, “I could pay for it if I wanted to do it.”
