Travelpack is hiring two new BDMs

Travelpack has strengthened its sales team by appointing Eleanor Eccles and Sarah Gill as business development managers.

Eleanor replaces Zoe Saunders as BDM covering the North West and Wales, while Sarah Gill takes over Michelle Lister’s former role as BDM for Scotland, North East and Yorkshire.

According to LinkedIn, Michelle has moved to Canadian Affair as executive director of travel trade, and Zoe is now an assistant account manager at LJR Consultancy.

Eleanor joins Travelpack from Inspire where she was Head of Social Media. She previously worked as Head of Travel Trade Support and Marketing at Driveway and Social Media Manager at Travel Republic.

Meanwhile, since starting her career at Lunn Poly, Sarah has many years’ experience working for independent agencies, working from home and working on BDM roads for specialist car rentals and villa operators.

Both new BDMs are immediately available for in-store visits, one-on-one meetings (in-person or virtual), team trainings and webinars on specialty products or verticals.

Eleanor said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Travelpack and returning to a more hands-on, relationship-oriented role. Sarah said: “I started my travel career straight out of school and worked for independent agencies, working from home and on the road as a BDM. I’m incredibly excited to be joining the team and look forward to sharing all things Travelpack with agents in my region. Personally, I’ve explored Europe and America a lot, although New Zealand has a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to bring that passion to my new role.”
