Bright shadow looms over corporate travel as former CEO raises share


Former Corporate Travel Management chief executive Jamie Ferous has increased his stake in the company, taking advantage of an 86 percent drop in its share price to buy more shares, a sign that he is reluctant to give up influence in the company he founded.

The embattled travel agent’s first changes to the embattled travel agent’s significant ownership, filed late on Monday, showed Pherous buying 2.4 million shares when shares finally resumed trading on Thursday after a 12-month hiatus.
