Lemon Tree Hotels signs contract for two hotels in Bodh Gaya, Bihar

Indian hotel chain Lemon Tree Hotels has signed deals to develop two new hotels in Bodhgaya, Bihar.

The two contracts signed include Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya. In total, the hotels will offer 145 rooms.

The company said the signing will “strengthen its presence” in the state, where it currently operates two hotels and has three properties in the pipeline, including two projects in Bodh Gaya.

The site attracts domestic and foreign visitors as a major Buddhist pilgrimage site. Leisure and business travel are also driving demand for housing in the city.

Hotel Lemon Tree, Bodhgaya is located about 10 km from Bodhgaya Airport and 14 km from Gaya Railway Station. It will have 75 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, and meeting and conference facilities. It will also include a swimming pool and fitness center.

Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya is located approximately 11 km from Bodhgaya Airport and 15 km from Gaya Railway Station. The 70-room hotel will have a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting and conference facilities, a swimming pool and a fitness center.
