Moji: Open Markdown files, such as PDFs. | Food hunt

Hello Product Hunt 👋 I created Moji because opening a Markdown file often felt more complicated than it should have. In most cases I don’t want to launch a full IDE just to read a `.md` file. I wanted Markdown to behave more like a PDF file: double click → read → close. This simple idea became Moji. Moji is a free and open source desktop application for Windows, macOS and Linux. It aims to make Markdown enjoyable to read while still giving you an editor when you need it. Over time I’ve added things like: • live editor + synchronized scrolling preview • mermaid diagrams • LaTeX math • tabs and structured navigation • search and replace • HTML, PDF and PNG export • support for large Markdown files • over 15 interface languages. It is built on Electron, React, TypeScript, CodeMirror 6 and Mermaid, and the entire project is MIT licensed. What started as a small tool for me has grown much larger than I expected, but I’m still trying to keep the original idea at the core: Markdown should be easy to open and read.
