Midnite Increases Transparency in Player Eligibility Checks with New Tool – G3 Newswire

The new Atlas compliance tool will simplify the process of verifying player accounts.

Midnite, a fast-growing UK sportsbook and casino operator, is committed to simplifying player account verification with its new Atlas compliance tool.

Taking inspiration from mythology, Zeus ordered Atlas to bear the weight of the heavens on his shoulders; Naming the new compliance tool after Greek giant Atlas aims to reflect how the tool helps keep clients connected on compliance issues, while also providing ongoing support and reliability as Midnite continues to expand its player base.

Developed in-house, Atlas brings greater transparency and accountability to the compliance process, which has traditionally been a major hurdle for players. Customers facing a compliance review are given a clear timeline for when Midnite expects the review to be completed, and they can monitor the status of their review with real-time visual progress tracking.

Similar to the visual tracker a user might see when ordering an Uber or Dominoes Pizza, customers will be able to track their feedback at various stages, including when an analyst reviews their account, when documents are sent and received, and more.

In addition to customer engagement, Midnite’s compliance team is using a new automation tool to more efficiently move accounts through specific review steps. The tool automates a number of previously manual steps, including initiating customer interactions, applying required account controls, and requesting appropriate documentation.

If Midnite fails to complete the verification within a set period of time, the player receives a credit to the account, introducing a new level of responsibility into a process that can often leave players unsure of when they will regain full access to their account.

Atlas, which has already processed over 3,000 accounts for Midnite’s UK customer base since June 2026, has the potential to significantly reduce player churn during the account verification process. Although the tool is used by Midnite’s UK customer base, the underlying technology has been developed to meet various compliance and regulatory requirements as Midnite continues to pursue its ambitions of becoming a tier one operator in global markets.

Alex Henderson, Head of Compliance at Midnite, said: “Compliance processes need to be robust, but this shouldn’t come at the expense of the user experience. At Midnite, we’ve worked behind the scenes to create a tool that makes reviews clearer and more transparent for players. We’ve used our own historical data to map out time maps of different review processes and built our new tool with this in mind. The result is a much more transparent journey for the customer and a significantly more efficient workflow for our analysts.”

“About 3,000 accounts have already gone through the new process. However, this is just the beginning. Our goal is to continue to develop the technology, automate much of the compliance process, and ultimately create an environment where strong player protection and excellent customer experience are not competing goals.”

Founded in 2015 by Nick Wright and Daniel Koo, Midnite has grown rapidly in recent years, expanding its product range and team, while establishing itself as one of the most exciting challenger brands in the UK.

With significant new investment and an expanding leadership team, the company aims to close the gap with the market’s largest operators through product excellence, innovation and a commitment to delivering safer gambling experiences on its platform.
